TERMS & CONDITIONS​​​


Your order and credit/debit card details will be validated before your order is deemed to have been accepted. Once this has happened, you will receive an email to the email address supplied during checkout or associated with your Benham & Froud account.


Payment will be debited from your card before dispatch of your purchase.


We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.


All our merchandise is supplied as new products. Our jelly moulds are plastic moulds, and our jelly cubes are freshly prepared.

 

All our prices are in UK pounds sterling (GBP).

 

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for jelly moulds only, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original, resaleable condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Food products (jelly cubes) are not eligible for cancellation or change-of-mind returns.
