DELIVERY POLICY​​

This Delivery Policy outlines the shipping and delivery procedures for orders placed through the Benham & Froud online shop. We are committed to delivering our luxury British jellies and moulds to you in a timely and efficient manner.


Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 4 working days of receipt. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.


UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked for all our UK deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey.
While Royal Mail aims for a 48-hour delivery window, please allow for a total of 3 to 6 working days from the time of your order to receive your items.


Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damaged or Lost Orders
Benham & Froud is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
