RETURNS POLICY​

Food Products (Jelly Cubes)
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible items unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
If you believe there is an issue with your jelly cubes, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos/videos of the product

Photos of the outer packaging and delivery label

Your order number and a description of the issue
We use this information to verify and investigate the claim.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements where evidence is not provided or where the issue arises from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
Non-Food Products (Jelly Cubes)
If your mould arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Photos/videos of the issue

Photos of packaging and delivery label
-
Your order number
In some cases we may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement. Return postage will be covered if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Change-of-Mind (Jelly Moulds Only)
If you change your mind about a jelly mould, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is:

unused
-
unopened
-
in its original, resaleable condition
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Food products (jelly cubes) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Verification of Faulty Claims
To comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we assess each claim carefully.
We may request:

additional photos or video evidence
-
batch numbers or expiry dates
-
confirmation of how the item was stored or handled
If sufficient evidence cannot be provided, or if the issue appears to have arisen after delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
